I am trying Rise for the first time. Completed the course, uploaded to LMS(Success Factors) scorm 1.2, and it won't mark complete. I have it set to mark complete when quiz passed. Anyone else encounter this?
Sorry to hear that you've run into an issue with this. Could you test the content in SCORM Cloud to see if the issue lies within the project or your LMS?
I've seen another user report a similar issue that was unable to be replicated in SCORM Cloud. You can check out their response and solution here. Perhaps that will assist you as well.
