Hi Articulate! I know these are rough times for all of us, but I'm noticing today that RISE is going offline a lot...are you aware? Are you on top of it? Just wanted to check in...not getting much done now.
I'm on and just as I get started again it goes off.....kind of frustrating...taking deep breaths and saying...it's ok...not your fault...I'm sure Articulate is ON IT!!
Experiencing same thing. I have restarted my computer and checked Internet connection. Everything is fine except Rise won't load. On a deadline here...
I can't get Rise to load either - hangs with "Course loading" and then "refresh timeout". Looks like there was a product update today per the Support page. Is this why?

Hi, all! We've identified the issue and have implemented a fix. Rise 360 courses should now load for all users. We'll continue to monitor performance carefully.

Chiming in with the same issue here. No updates on https://www.articulatestatus.com/ either -- it says everything is working.
