I shared a web link for a course I made for my company, but realized a graphic was wrong after the fact. If i go in and change the graphic, will that impact the link I sent out to people? Do I need to generate a new link or will they see the update using the original link?
The news is that web sharing via links will not be available effective April 6. This is really disappointing as it's a great way to gather feedback. Does anyone have any other ideas on how to efficiently gather input?
The Share link isn't going away! We agree that it's a helpful feature for testing content and temporarily sharing courses with stakeholders. You can continue to use the Share link for those purposes.
Some people are using Share links to permanently embed Rise 360 courses on their websites inside iFrames. This will no longer work after April 6th due to a security enhancement that prevents courses from being embedded in iFrames. Instead of using the Share link, they'll want to publish the course for Web, then host the output on a web server.

Hi David,
Good question! You can go ahead and update the graphic. The link will remain the same and the graphic will update automatically! :)

Hi Karen! Sorry for the confusion.

Then, they can use the web server URL to embed the course in an iFrame.
