Articulate Rise - video scrub bar issue on mobile

Hi,

I created course on Rise and it has video on each page. As per client request, I disabled video seek bar to move forward when video is playing. 

We have tested the video on iPhone and below are the observations:

- We opened course on iPhone in HTML browser
- when video is selected to play, video opens in the iphone embedded video player by default (I am assuming) 

Here are case studies for 2 iphone devices:
Model iphone 7
Version iOS 12.1
Video output: learners can drag the seekbar forward, but the video won't actually skip ahead. (Meeting Client expectation) 

Model iphone 7 Plus
Version iOS 12.1
Video output: learners can drag the seekbar forward, and the video also skips ahead. (Not meeting Client expectation)
