When I insert my Articulate 360 course into my Articulate Rise course the volume will not play. Background info: In order for my 360 course to not show up in Rise as a black box with a play button, I added a slide at the beginning that had no audio. This solved the black box problem but now the narration, which starts on the second slide will not play at all.
