Hi there, Annmaree. In Rise 360, authors can send a copy of their course to other authors. They can also collaborate on a course, or transfer ownership of a course if needed. Check out the details here.
If you have an exported course from another user (a zipped SCORM package, for example), you won't be able to upload that content back into Rise 360.
If the person that created the Rise course is part of your Rise Teams account, then you can be added as a collaborator, or made the owner of the course.
If those options do not work for you, then the person that created the course can send you a copy of the course by email.
