I am trying to upload a cover photo from my computer to my Rise course. I've tried two images. One is a png that is 5.6 MB and the other is a jpg that is 2.5 MB. Neither uploads. The screen just stays at "Processing Cover Photo". I've never had this problem before with any of my other Rise courses and the graphics I used are similar sizes. Could someone please help me with this issue?
So sorry for the interruption. We’ve identified an issue with images loading in Rise 360, Content Library 360, and Review 360. This issue will prevent users from being able to view, upload, or export images. We’re looking into what went wrong and will update you as soon as we have more info.
We've implemented a fix for this issue, and our systems are recovering. You should be able to view and upload images and publish content from Rise 360 to Review 360. We'll continue to monitor performance carefully.
