Hello. I am new to Articulate and am working on a course in Rise. I have very basic questions - like how do I drag and drop a section title? I try but can't seem to get it to work.
From there I'd suggest starting by playing around with the different lesson and block types, and if you get stuck feel free to reach out here! We're always happy to help.
We don't have a PDF version of the User guide, but each section of the site is a standard HTML page so you print them each out as a hard copy or choose to save it as a PDF.

We have a getting started video here for Rise, and a link to videos for new features that have been released.
For your question about dragging and dropping a section title, I am able to click on it once the hand icon appears and drag it to a new location:
Can you double check what browser you're using? I use Chrome, but the listed of supported browsers is here.
