Browser Issues

I am exporting SCORM files from Rise360 and importing into LearnUpon, but we have been having a lot of user issues when opened in anything other than Chrome. So IE, Edge, Safari. Wondering if there is a way to force the SCORM file to launch in Chrome? Or whether there is something else we need to instruct the learners to do before they start the course?

Hi Renae! 

It sounds like the course automatically opens in whichever web browser is the default on the learner's computer. What kinds of issues are your learners seeing when using Internet Explorer, Edge, Safari? 

In the meantime, you may want to include a note in LearnUpon that the best viewing experience is in Google Chrome.
