Can I re-upload exported Rise scorm to another Rise account, so my client can edit the content at a later stage?
I would be exporting a Rise scorm package to send it to my client. If he has a subscription as well, can he upload the Rise scorm package to his account for a later stage editing?
And please do let me know new features of Rise on this kind of matter. I've been reading a year ago discussions regarding this issue.

No, but you can send a copy of the course to your client from within Rise
