I am not sure why you were unable to upload your logo as it worked first time for me:
All I can suggest is to download the one you posted here and see if that then uploads correctly to your Rise course. I am not sure why that should necessarily make a difference compared to your original file that you have already tried, but it may work for you as it did for me.
Hello I seem to be experiencing the same issue - I have tried several times to upload our Corporate logo with no success. The logo is in jpeg format but I am unable to add it to a Rise Course.
