Can Quizzes in Rise have no correct answer?
Aug 02, 2019
I'm creating an orientation in Rise and want to do a little pre-assessment to gauge where my learners are at. I'd like to ask things such as, 'what are you most excited for?' and 'how confident do you fee...?' but both the quiz block and knowledge check block seem to make me chose an answer. When I leave it blank, in Preview it shows the answer as incorrect. When I select all the answer choices, it requires the learner to also select all to be considered a correct response. Is it possible to have any written answer and any choice question answer be considered correct? Thanks!

This question comes up frequently as it is a very useful feature.
Unfortunately this function is not available in Rise.

Thanks Karl! I appreciate the insight.
Hi Leah,
If you don't need access to that answer data, you could always create the question in Storyline 360 and embed it in Rise 360 using a Storyline Block!
This would be a great feature.
I have this same problem, but need the response/answer data, any other suggestions?
Hi Matthew,
You can create a survey in an external tool like Survey Monkey.
Then embed that survey in Rise using an iframe statement.
Survey Monkey will track the survey results for you.
