Recently, I have noticed that I am not able to launch a course for editing while using Chrome. I can launch Rise dashboard in Chrome, but when I try to launch an actual course I just get a spinning wheel that spins and spins and spins. I have to copy the URL to Explorer (which I prefer not to use).
From what I can tell, all of my colleagues are noticing the same thing. Any idea why this might be happening?
I do VPN in. Sadly, Chrome and Explorer are the chosen browsers for the enterprise. I have used Chrome before successfully, it just seems to have started withing the last month or so.

Hi Curtis,
I use Chrome for editing my courses, so not sure why you are having problems with it. Do you use a VPN in your organization?
Note that Internet Explorer is not a supported browser for authoring purposes. If Chrome is not working for you, rather use Firefox.

There are parts of Rise that do not work/work correctly when editing courses with Internet Explorer.
I would recommend connecting to Rise without the VPN (if you are able to safely do so) and see if the problem persists.
Hi Curtis! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble using Rise in Chrome. You'll want to avoid using Internet Explorer, since that browser isn't supported for Rise authoring.
If you're still having trouble outside of the VPN, let us know here!
I am having the same issue. I am using Chrome and many courses open without an issue, but there are two I have right now that just spin.
