I'm building a training in Rise, but am unable to upload a SL interaction even though it says you can. I have published my quiz, it shows up in RV, but Rise keeps giving me a message that I have not published anything.
I have updated all of 360, re-published my SL piece, tried different browsers - nothing seems to be working.
I only have 4 items published. I can see them in Review, but when I try to add them in Rise, they don't populate and it says I have not published anything.
It sounds like you may be signed in to the Articulate 360 desktop app and to 360.articulate.com with two different email addresses. Here's how you can fix that:

If you have a lot of items in review it can take a little while to populate the list

May be a very silly question are they in the same account?
Also are you on a test account?
That's a legit question, and they are on the same account (my work account).
You may need to contact support, never seen this, i have delays when trying to insert but i have 400 odd items in review.
Good idea - I'll do that since it seems so odd.

Already did all of that, and have only 1 account to sign in with. It still didn't fix the issue. I've escalated it to support.
