Has this every happened to anyone. I've got blocks in rise, I want to add them to my block templates, but after I click new block template, the checkmarks to select them don't appear.
I have a similar problem, in that when I try to insert a block template the template just hangs and does not insert. When I try to add a new template the same thing happens, it hangs with the circle whizzing around in the middle of the screen but it doesn't insert.
I have tried rebooting the machine, which resolves the issue for a short time and then it starts again.
Hi Karl, I emailed David at Omniplex support on the 2nd December but he said he isn't aware of any issue. I emailed him again last Friday so hopefully I'll get a response soon. I'll let you know the outcome.
The only way I can get it working again is to completely shut down Chrome and access Rise again. There does not seem to be a pattern to it as it will work fine for a while, and then the problem will show up again randomly.
Yes, I find it does return though. I've switched to using Edge on the PC, it works intermittently. Edge does have the advantage of autocorrect on simple typos, which makes my work a bit quicker.

Just a note to make sure you're authoring in a supported browser: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari.
