Hi, all of a sudden I get a warning 'There was an issue uploading. Please try again.' when I try to upload an image into Articulate Rise. Reading through previous discussion boards I see this has been an issue previously. Can anyone suggest a fix for this?
Hi there, Alison. I did a quick test and was able to use the Content Library and images from my desktop in cover photos, image blocks, and other blocks that support images.
Here's what we can try: Please exit out of your Rise 360 course and close your browser. Reopen, navigate back to your course, and try to upload your image into the same lesson. If it doesn't work, try uploading the image into a new course. If it still doesn't work, we can work one-on-one to find out what's going on!
Thanks Crystal. I tried closing out of it yesterday and it still didn't work. Opened it up today and it does work! A mystery but it's working again. Thanks for your help.
So far I've tried smaller image files, files that are already in my course, very small image files, Closing the browser, re-opening, re-navigating, signing out/close browser/sign back in.
