Need advice for accessibility! Can we add Accordion for video transcript in a Timeline in Rise?

Hello gurus!

I am still learning and need some guidance. I have a course using the Timeline with videos. For accessibility reasons I would like to add an accordion with each video (6 of them) for the video transcript.  

I know this is not a built in feature but am wondering if there is coding for this. 

Any advice?

I can put accordions in a separate block but it is not a great user experience if accessibility is an issue.
