Hi Chris! Thanks for clarifying! It sounds like you would need more flexibility with the layout of the content within the process block. If we make any changes to this, we'll update this thread here!
Is there any news on this please? I like the process blocks, but dont like that he video can only come after the text, not in the middle.... It would be good to be able to offer a wrap up after the video has played/picture shown. I had high hopes when I found this and it was a 4yr old post stating you were working on it, but scrolled down and see it looks like we are still waiting?
ANOTHER VOTE for the ability to put text ABOVE the image in a process block. The text get's lost under the image especially since the orientation is portrait and not landscape (which seems a little strange to me as well). You CAN use the title for a large amount of text but it all remains bold.
This option would be very valuable! Can I point out that it is very misleading as your creating the process which shows title, text, image then audio. So it seems very odd the order swaps round for the preview, that's just bad design!
Please add me to the list. I have kept tracking on this thread for 6 years, but still don't see any good news posted. I would really appreciated for the update of this feature. Thanks!!
Six years ago you told us to hang tight to have the ability to flip the image in a process interaction step so that it appears below the text rather than above. I've been hanging tight but the rubber band is about to snap. Can you tell us why it takes so long for a seemingly simple request to be addressed?
Hi, I'm using a process block where the media sits at the bottom, is there a way I can move the media to be in the middle, ie to have text above and below?
There isn't a way to have your media appear in the middle of the text. While you can adjust the image's alignment to left, middle, or right, the text will always appear at the bottom of the image.

Thanks Karl, this is more about being able to put the image below the text rather than always being above it.

It has been 5 years of asking for a simple fix for a extremely useful gain. And 5 years ago we were told this:
"we're going to be adding an option so you can flip the order of media and text. Hang tight!"
How much more 'hanging tight' do we need to do?
Do you listen at all?

Hi,
Still no news on this ?
I have to go through lots of blocks to have media first then text. and I can't use Tabs because i can't have the image BEFORE the text.
It looks like a simple fetaures that will add lost of value to lost of your customers !!
thanks!
Please add my +1 vote to be able to change the position of the image/media during process interactions.
It is very frustrating that the image always has to appear between the title/header and the body text.
Cheers, Emma.

I would also like this feature. Seems like it's not at the top of the roadmap even after 5 years though!

SEVEN YEARS AGO:
Hi Claire - we're going to be adding an option so you can flip the order of media and text. Hang tight!

Disgusting customer service/respect.
