Can you put any video in Rise

I've tried to find this answer but could not. I do my video editing in Camtasia and then insert the mp4 files into Storyline 2. Can you do the same with Rise?

Hi Amai, I'm uploading a 110,670 KB file into RISE which in GB is only .11. How long should it take to process the video - I'm going on 20 minutes now. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Hi Julie! The speed that a video uploads will vary, but 20 minutes seems like a long time. Here are some things you can try:

Stop the upload and try it in a new block.
Try a different browser, or clear your browser cache if you're limited to using only one.

can we load a file shot in 4K. Due to file sizes would it be advisable to upload only in 1080p?

Hi Kris! Rise 360 should accept any video file that is under 5GB. Let us know if you have trouble with a video file, and we'd be happy to take a closer look at it!
