I am a consultant that created a course for a client in Rise 360. They are concerned that if they want to make changes they will have to use me to do it for them and may prefer to manage changes in-house. They are thinking of getting their own subscription to Articulate. Can I export the file in a way that they can import it to their own subscription and make changes there after themselves?

Once your client has an Articulate 360 account, you can send them a copy of the course by email.
They will then by able to edit that copy.

When a copy of a Rise course is sent to another Rise account holder, there will be two versions of the course:
Changes made to either course will not be reflected in the other.
