We have two accounts running for two different people - once a course is complete and then exported can the files be reimported into another account for editing again.
We’re going to be introducing two new features that will help with collaborating on your Rise courses. First, we are going to enable you to completely transfer ownership of your Rise course to another author. Second, we are going to make it even easier to actually work with another author on building a Rise course. Both of those features are set to come out in the next couple of months.
The export options you're seeing currently allow you to export or publish for Web or LMS hosting, but the two features mentioned above may suit your needs once they're release!
Since Rise is a web-authoring tool, all of the editable content will stay online. But as long as the course is owned by an active subscription holder, it will always be available to be updated online! We will announce those features as soon as they are shipped. And you can stay abreast of all the latest news for Articulate 360 right here.
Thanks and let us know what else you need with Rise!
Somewhere I read that you can set a Rise course to display only in the landscape position when viewed on a mobile phone. And, it displays a message telling the user this. Now I cannot find that instruction. Can you point me to the instructions to do this or tell me how?

Hi LaVon,
Are you thinking of this feature in the responsive player for Storyline?
Rise is inherently responsive on its own, so the content will always reflow and scale based on device and orientation.
Thank you. I must have been reading that in relation to Articulate Storyline not Rise.
No worries, LaVon. Glad I could help clarify.
