Hi, when I try and export a Rise course I get as far as it saying it has been processed and downloaded to my computer but I get no notification that it has downloaded. Could our network firewall be blocking the download? I've attached a screenshot of where I get to. Thanks, Laura

Looks like you are getting the export successful dialog box. This is the same thing that I see when exporting.
If you take a peek into your Downloads folder, do you see your course there?
Hi Leslie, thanks, yep already looked in there and can't find anything. My IT team think our Firewall might be blocking it, so I'll look into that.
