Carousel and Process Arrows

Hi all,

I've had a request from one of my Seniors asking about changing the vertical location of the arrows when viewing Carousel or Process flows.

Is it possible to lock the vertical location so that, regardless of the size of the image or process diagram at each stage, the arrows remain at the same height?
