Hi, we're authoring a Rise course in Chrome. all looks good but when previewing & viewing the published file in IE11 the carousel screen is offset to the left, meaning the navigation arrows are in the wrong place. Any thoughts?
Hi Steven, sorry you're running into that. We're seeing the same thing, particularly when the browser width is around 1447 pixels or more. Our team is looking into this problem, and I'll be sure to add your experience to our report.
Thanks for bringing this up, and I'm really sorry it's causing you trouble!
Sorry that you've run into this issue as well. I do not have an update to provide at this time. I wanted to share some information on how we define bugs and how we tackle them when they occur.
That being said, I will update the report to reflect that we have another affected user, so thanks for chiming in.
I’m sorry that your client is having some trouble here. On our end, we have this marked as fixed so the quickest way to resolve this issue is to have our Support Team take a look. You can submit a case here.
In the meantime, if there's anything else I can do to help, please let me know!
Hi there, Nisha. I can see this behavior as well when the browser window in Internet Explorer becomes very wide. I've made sure we have this issue open with my team.
Thanks Crystal. I have a course that is going live in a couple weeks time, is it worth changing the current image carousal to another interaction, or will it likely be fixed by the time of Go-live?
problem still exits.. Cancelation is processing since hours. Even if I copy the block, the failure has been copied, too. Impossible to stop it. Makes no difference if I try it in IE, Firefox or Chrome.
We're still seeing an issue where navigation arrows in a Carousel Block stop adjusting in Internet Explorer 11 when the browser width is around 1447 pixels or more.
Does that match what you're seeing? If not, could you share a bit more info so that we can take a look?
Hi Alyssa, yes that's what was showing up for me. I haven't tested it in awhile, have been avoiding using carousals to play it safe. Am storyboarding a new module at the moment and was wondering if I could use them again.
So this has been an issue with IE11 and Articulate Rise for over 2 years and Articulate can still not get it fixed meaning that the only option is to remember to not use the Rise Carousel feature?
Hi everyone! We've just released a fix for the issue in Rise 360 where navigation arrows in a Carousel Block stopped adjusting in Internet Explorer 11 when the browser width was around 1447 pixels or more.
If you run into this problem again, please let us know!

Hi all,
I am currently receiving this issue with a current client.
Any word on the progress of this? Thanks!
Hi Heath,
This is still an issue with our team, but it's very limited in terms of using IE11 and having a browser width of 1447 pixels or more.
Does that match what you're seeing? If not, could you share a bit more info so that we can take a look?
we are also having this issue, our monitors are 1080p so are wider than 1447px.
regards

I would have a back-up plan for those images, Nisha. I can't guarantee that it will be fixed within that timeframe.
Hello,
Cancelation of pictures in the carousel screen has problems in Chrome also..
Please check the Video. It's not possible to delete the section from my course
Hi Alexander! We were seeing issues with Rise 360 images earlier today, but everything should work smoothly now.
Refresh your browser, and try deleting the block again. Let me know if you're still having trouble!
