We are new to the Rise 360 product and have created three courses. Our learners had no problem accessing courses 1 & 2 using Internet Explorer and working through our LMS, however, they did have challenges while attempting to access the third course. The course continued to spin while never opening. Our IT team suggested using Chrome, and that did the trick. Why did the first two course work perfectly, and the third did not? Nothing really changed in our development or approach. We contacted our LMS, and nothing changed on their end either. Thanks for your help.
