Is is possible to move the items in the Rise Accordian and Tabs interactive blocks? I need to switch the order of some of the items on a block I have created.
Yes! Once you've inserted an accordion or tabs block go to Edit, then to the left of the description under an item click the three vertically stacked dots, then drag the item to your desired location.
Here's a quick GIF showing what's described above.
Please let us know if we can help with anything else.
Hmmm. This doesn't seem to be working for me on tabbed items. I found the stack of dots, and I can drag a tab to a new position, but releasing it results in the tab dropping back to the original position. (On VMWare).
I'm with you Sue Mullen - I have used this function before and it seems to have stopped working. I've tried in accordion and tabs, but no joy. I've tried multiple browsers with the same response = order just pops back to the original position.
I just tried it out and it doesn't seem to be working on my end either. Thanks for bringing this to our attention! Our team is looking into this. We'll update you here when we know more.
Hey there! I’m happy to let you all know that we released an update to Rise 360 that fixed the issue where you couldn't rearrange sections in the Tabs or Accordion blocks.

Thank you Nicole. I really appreciate the GIF to show me. It worked, I had missed the stack dots on the left.
