Change Rise Menu Setting After Export

I have a course that was developed in Rise by an outside vendor. This course has a menu that starts as opened when launched. Since we don't actually have access to their dev environment, I was wondering if there's a way to either start the menu collapsed or remove it altogether without having them export a whole new package.

Basically, I'd like to know if there's a simple JavaScript variable (and which file it's in) that tells the course how (or if) the menu should appear.
