Has anyone tried adding an audio file to Rise and once it is uploaded, there is a mysterious clicking noise in the background? I have tried exporting the audio as both a WAV file and MP3 file and both have similar results even though the audio sounds perfectly clear when not uploaded to Rise.
Hey there, Mackie. Thanks for letting us know what you've tried so far. I did a quick test, and I was able to upload an .mp3 audio file in Rise and play it without any irregularity.
Would you be able to share the audio file here in your discussion post for me to test? Also, which browser are you using to build your Rise course?
