Does anyone know why the closed brackets in Rise interactive headers (e.g. accordions) are always smaller than the open bracket? I cannot seem to fix this.
Hmm they do look fine on your screen shot but mine don't to me, how weird. Viewing it on the LMS or in Review on multiple browsers (I only haven't tried Google chrome), they do not look the same size however, and our clients are insisting it be fixed.
Thanks for letting us know, Stephanie. I've opened a priority support case so we can help make you (and your client!) happy. You'll hear from my team soon!
I took a look at your support case, and I can see that Richard sent you an email on March 10, 2020, requesting a copy of your Rise course, but it looks like you didn't receive it.
Richard just resent you the email — please let me know if you received it!

Hi Stephanie,
Thanks for including the screenshot! Open and closed parentheses are the same size on my side.
What web browser are you using to view the course? Is the course published and hosted on a web server or LMS?
Thanks for your reply.

Hi Crystal, do we have a solution for this yet? My client is not very happy about this, it's bazaar.
