I'm a new user to articulate 360 and I'm having trouble with a couple of RISE blocks as well as uploading our company logo and a cover photo.
firstly the Process block and interactive labelled graphic block won't allow me to edit
secondly, I have attmepted to upload our company logo and a cover photo from our library stock of images and I keep getting the message "Please verify the file type is an image and try again" I have attempted a variety of jpeg, png bitmap html etc... formats to no avail.
If these don’t resolve the issue let’s have our Support Team take a look. You can submit a case here and include the logo image you're trying to insert.
