Completion Tracking Issues with Rise and LMS

Hello everyone,

I am using Rise 360 to create interactive grammar lessons for an advanced academic writing course that I teach for multilingual students. I have successfully exported my first lesson to our LMS, Moodle, and students have been able to complete the activities successfully. However, once the students finish the entire lesson, their completion score is not being recorded. The LMS records a completion score of 0%, while some of my students have sent me screenshots of a 100% completion score within the Rise course. Since I'm new to using Rise, I'm not sure if this is an issue with my LMS, or with how I created the Rise course itself. After talking with someone on our LMS support team, they suggested that my Rise activity may need an "exit page". Does anyone have experience with this? I would appreciate any guidance at this point.
