I am trying to use Articulate Rise and I keep receiving an error my computer is offline. This is happening after the latest announcement of enhancements to your tool announced Feb 2, 2021. What steps can I take to remedy this issue?
I am currently having this issue as well as many of my colleagues. We are unable to work in Rise and save our work because it constantly kicks us out saying out computer is offline. Is there a fix for this? I have already cleared out my task manager and restarted and the issue continues.

I am having the same issue, eventually it goes away but I am noticing it.
Same issue for me as well. Not helpful but at least knowing others are experiencing it as well rules out single user error.
