Content Library Previews not Showing

Hi People,

For a week, I have been not been able to see Content Library previews in either Rise or Storyline. You can see the impact in the attachments. Different for Storyline in that selecting a faulty preview gives rise to the error message to check the connection (storyline 2 image); Rise still loads an image after the faulty preview has been selected. Very annoying not being able to see what you're downloading.

Our work environment is enterprise which might be the issue. I believe we have implemented the whitelist changes recommended earlier. The problem doesn't occur on a computer not on the network.

Solutions?
