There's a Storyline block via Interactive blocks. However, that's probably not the same as what you're asking.

If I were to convert SL content to Rise, I'd do a few things:

  • Analyze the various slide layouts
  • Build specific lessons in Rise and save as templates
  • Copy and paste text into the lesson templates (the tedious part). 
  • Some interactive elements won't work in Rise and that's where having a custom Storyline block helps.

It's also odd that your screenshot isn't showing a little image or indication of what each of those options is. You mentioned being new to Rise, so I wanted to make sure you're authoring content in one of the supported browsers listed here.
