Create and add VTT Files to Rise 360

I recently used Vyond videos in a Rise 360 course about preventing phone fraud for retail employees. I wanted to provide closed captioning for our hearing impaired team members, noisy training spaces, or stores without headphones/speakers.

Vyond does not have this feature and Rise doesn't have a feature to create captions either. The article I found suggested a number of third-party sites to create a VTT file. 

But I found an easier way:

1. Add the video to a Storyline 360 project.

2. Add closed captioning to that video.

3. Export the VTT file from Storyline.

4. Add the VTT file to the video in Rise.

This was a fairly speedy process and I didn't have to sign up for any third party accounts or risk pushing the videos out on a public site.
