If you are copying content with multiple headings and paragraphs, do you need to copy each section individually or can you copy the whole document into your first text with heading or are you required to copy one section at a time?
In my reply I will refer to Rise Courses that consist of Lessons that are built using blocks.
When you need to copy course content, you can copy an entire course, or a whole Lesson.
If you want to copy only parts of a Lesson, you can create Block Templates. A Block Template can consist of just one or many blocks, all of different types.
Use your newly created Block Templates to copy content to other Lessons.

Hi there!
It sounds like you're copying a large amount of content from a document into Rise 360 text blocks, is that right?
I would suggest copying one section at a time. You can even use the Paragraph with heading block type to add headings to your text.
Let me know if that's what you're after!
