Creating PDF in RISE

Hello,

I'm trying to export a PDF file of a Rise course for a business partner which I've done before.  However, I'm experiencing problems with this particular course.  This course has a few different type of assets within a section.  For example blocks, paragraphs with images, and tabs.  Would the variety of assets be causing this??? 

I don't receive any error messages.  I do receive an email stating my course is ready to download and when I click the link, it's a blank page. :-(

Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
