Critical Error when uploading RISE course

Hi! I am getting the below error when trying to upload a Rise course into Cornerstone. This is actually a new version of a course and when I was exporting this morning, I kept getting the system error, try again message. I changed the names of the files that had & and % signs and was able to export. Now I'm getting this message when trying to upload the course into my LMS, so I'm wondering if Rise is having more than just export issues. Any ideas on fixing this critical error?
