Oh no! I'm sorry to hear about your deleted content. We aren't able to restore individual courses or lessons that have been deleted. I've submitted a feature request to our development team on your behalf for a recycle bin that would let you recover deleted content. I'll be sure to let you know if it gets added to Rise.
In the meantime, you can restore deleted lessons using the Undo button that appears after deleting them, and Rise will ask you to confirm that you want to delete a course before removing it to ensure you don't accidentally delete important content.

Hi there, just want to add 1+ to a recycle bin feature. We have numerous people working on course building at the moment and mistakes can happen. Would hate to lose all the hard work...

Hi, Richard. Check out our folders feature in Rise 360. It includes an option to restore deleted courses.
