Difficulty accessing Assetts in Rise and Storyline 360

Lately i have been having difficulty seeing assetts in the Content Library.

You need to request your IT team to update the network endpoints.

Karl thaniks fo rthe information however our IT department has confirmed that all of the endpoints are up to date.
