Hello, we uploaded our Rise Course as a Scorm Package in moodle. We have selected the settings so that the course opens in the same window within moodle. We do not want the course to open in a new popup window. We want you to be able to scroll only within the course window, not on moodle itself. On the desktop and on Android devices it works without problems. We have the problem only on IPhones / IOS devices. There you can scroll within the course window but also in moodle itself. This leads to confusion for customers, because the course window is partially reduced in size and is no longer completely visible. (Video attached).
Do you have an idea what could be the reason for this or other users who already had the same problem?
