Hi Susan! Are you looking to actually embed the Rise 360 course within the body of the email? In other words, learners would see all of the content in the email rather than opening the course in a browser tab?
Share a bit more about what you have in mind for your learner experience or limitations with viewing in a browser tab!
Thanks for clarifying. I'm not aware of an email client that will support HTML5 interactivity in the same way that a browser does.
Here are some alternatives to consider:
Export your Rise 360 course for PDF, and include the PDF in your email.
Export your Rise 360 course for web only, and attach the zip file to your email. Learners can open and run the course from the index.html file. It won't require internet access once they've saved it from the email.

Exactly! I want them to open an Outlook email message from us and see the Rise course and be able to navigate it from within the email message.

I was thinking that it wouldn't work, especially since the content isn't just static .
We will provide the link. I guess it's not expecting too much to hope that folks would click the link. ha!
