Do you have payable subscription plans planned, only for Rise Usage?

Hi all,
I just was in toch with your local articulate partner für Switzerland, whom I asked about payable supscription plans. For instance, do I know a few people in my company, who are thrilled about Rise and would like to use just Rise to enhance their business presentations. Your local Swiss partner now informed me, that there is no option just to subscribe to Rise and it's only possible to buy more licences for the whole articulate 360 suite. Here in Switzerland this would mean, that for my three people interessted in Rise, we would have to pay approx. 3700 CHF or USD p.a. so that three more people could work with Rise!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's insanely expensive, just for the use of Rise.
I cannot really imagine that this will remain the only option. It is sure in your deepest interest, to gain more and more subscribers, if possible not only learning specialists who prefer Storyline, but also other people without eLearning or instructional design background.
Could you tell me, if there are more flexible and payable plans in this directions?

Rise is just one of many tools within Articulate 360, which is designed as a holistic suite of interconnected apps for all your e-learning needs—from authoring (Storyline, Studio, Rise, Replay, and Peek) to sourcing assets (Content Library) to collaborating (Articulate Review) to training (Articulate Live).
Articulate 360 apps are thoughtfully integrated and work best together. For example, you can download Content Library templates and characters from within Storyline 360, then you can publish from Storyline 360 to Articulate 360 to collect feedback with Articulate Review.

Thx for your elaborate answer. You didn't really write that it's not possible, to only subscribe to Rise, but between the lines, I read that you want to convice me froh 360 as a whole, since Rise cannot be used alone. Am I right? I already am convinced and some of our managers where thrilled about how Rise is easy to use. But they won't spend more than 1200$ per year just for maybe 10, max. 20 Rise projects per year.
No need then, to connect to your sales team, even more since I'll have to deal with your local Swiss partner "partekk" and they already told me, that they can only offer one subscription for the whole suite. But I estimate Adam Schwarz as smart enough to offer only Rise subscription, if that's what the market really wants.

My team would be interested in Rise as a stand-alone product also. We are a small graduate school department running approximately 25 online courses with at least six more planned over the next 12-18 months. We collaborate with faculty to develop interactive presentations (lectures). My colleagues and I like the idea that Rise would allow our faculty to review material and make small edits as needed.
We would not use all of the course authoring apps offered in the Articulate 360 package so an annual subscription (even at the educational discount) would not be a prudent purchase at this time.
