I have created a few Rise modules and imported them into my LMS (SuccessFactors). When the course is completed by a learner, it appears the actual score is not reported into the LMS. Only pass/fail, complete/incomplete (or what ever was selected in Rise) shows on the learner's profile. Is this an LMS issue, a Rise issue or a SCORM 1.2 issue?
Rise should send the score data (if tracking by Quiz Result), and the completion status. If you'd like to take a detailed look at exactly what data Rise is sending to the LMS, you could enable LMS Debug Mode and watch all of the communication between Rise and SuccessFactors firsthand!
For comparison's sake, try testing the output in SCORM Cloud. I'd be happy to help you with that testing if you can send me the LMS export file.
