UP to last week it was possible to download the video from the player by right clicking on it. This option doesn't work anymore. Was there a recent change in this ? if yes , can we keep this ability as it's interesting for me in some cases to have the video downloadable and not forced to use an extra box (media) to supply content.
I was wondering about this too. We use Rise to share materials with our trainers and they need to be able to download the videos. I could not find any setting to turn this back on.

Learners can no longer download your videos in Rise 360, protecting your intellectual property.
If you want to make videos available for download, you can attach the video file below the video using an attachment block.
