The drop down menus that usually appear to the left and right of a block in Rise have disappeared for me. I am no longer able to edit a block (let's say from text to text with heading) or to delete a block. I have ensured that I have the latest version of the software and have restarted my computer. Please advise.

Are you using the Edge browser?
If yes, update it to the Edge Chromium version or use the Chrome browser.
