Hello, in this video on youtube the Articulate team shows me how to create scenarios. But when I launch Rise I cannot for the best in me get to that page. what do I do wrong?

It looks like you haven't added any lessons to your course yet. Here's how to do that. Once you've added a lesson, you'll be able to add content to that lesson, and that's when you'll see the blocks library.

From the course menu shown in your image, create a new Blocks types Lesson.
When you open your new Lesson, from the blocks library, choose INTERACTIVE and then SCENARIO.
