I'm trying to edit the labels in Rise 360 and I have figured out how to do so, however my edits does not seem to be saved! It goes right back to the original label names.
Hi there, Liv. Just to confirm, make sure you're previewing your lesson or entire course to see those label changes take effect. Rise 360 uses those settings when the course is launched, and changes won't show during editing.
If that doesn't help, please let me know, and I'll have a closer look!
Thanks for your answer. Apologise for my late reply. I found out about the previewing, however what has happened is that I changed the labels (to Chinese) and now the labels has changed in some of my other courses as well. How do I avoid that?
Hi Liv! No worries. When you make a change to a label set, it will apply to every course that uses that set. Be sure to create a new label set if you need to customize labels that only apply to particular courses. More about making those changes is found here!
