Hoping for some help on these two issues. We've been using Rise for about a year now and really like it, but wondering if these are just quirks.
Once an embedded URL has been added to a course, is there a way to change that URL, or do you have to delete that content and add a new lesson with the correct URL.
The other issue we're seeing is that a picture we've added using the image block looks fine in Rise, but when we export and upload to our LMS the picture is replaced by a broken link icon.
If you need to update the URL, you'll have to make that change in Rise and then export again. If folks have the Share link, they'll always have the most updated version.
It sounds like the LMS isn't liking the image you inserted - so you may want to see if your LMS admin had any ideas here. It could also be the browser you're viewing it in, so I'd use one of the browsers here (that is also supported by your LMS). One way to confirm it's an issue with the LMS and not your image is to test in another environment such as SCORM Cloud.
