Our plan is to have a pre-built Rise course for our Consultants to use with our customers for the Onboarding process. However, before the link gets sent, there are a few things that need to be added to make it customer - specific. A photo changed, a name here and there, etc. Is there a way for our Consultants to make these small insertion changes without being a full Articulate user?
The "Send a copy" feature allows you to send Rise courses to other Rise users. Since your consultants don't have Rise, perhaps they can send those changes and files to you directly?
We're working on a feature that will allow you to publish Rise to Review. When that launches, your consultants can leave comments and attach files directly to their comments. It sounds like that feature would be super handy for your team! We'll let you know right here when that feature rolls out. 😊
